Up Close and Personal
From the very beginning, you’ll get a higher level of personal service than you might be accustomed to. We would normally start with an in-person meeting where I review your situation at no charge (cooperating with COVID-19 compliances, initial meetings will now be held virtually). For those who are not local, or who prefer not to visit the office, our initial meeting can also be conducted on the phone or via video conference. This is where you can feel free to ask me all your questions without any risk or obligation. I enjoy helping people and I am happy to do whatever I can to put you and your family at ease.
After that, my team and I are always just a phone call or email away to answer any questions that may come up. At Costa & Associates, once hired, we strive to exceed your expectations every step of the way. Family law is a broad and important area of law that addresses many different issues. The marital or family law matters you face are unique to you and your situation, and we adopt an individualized approach that honors your goals and that advocates for your rights.
A Family Affair
Miami family law and helping others has always been a part of my life.
I am dedicated to connecting with every client on a personal level and to providing individualized legal guidance that skillfully addresses each client’s unique legal needs. Your case is important to you and your family, which makes it important to me.
As a Collaboratively Trained Family Law practitioner since 2017. I have successfully assisted numerous relationships and families peacefully resolve their disputes without the litigation and the war that litigation promotes. This helps preserve the communication that often individuals truly need to be successful in raising their child(ren) together or even restructuring their assets or liabilities as they move on their individual adult lives. The Collaborative Process opens doors and options for resolving family law issues such as divorces, paternity, child(ren) issues, dividing property and assets as well as covering the issue of alimony that traditional litigation does not allow.
I have devoted many hours as a Family Law Attorney throughout my career. My brother, Maurice, joined Costa & Associates in 2010s a partner to help expand our goals into Real Estate law and to ensure our clients understand and continue to receive fair treatment.
